Kawasaki Eliminator Overview

The Eliminator pairs cruiser styling with a 44.7-bhp twin-cylinder engine and a low 735mm seat. At 176kg, it is 40kg lighter than the Benelli 502C, which also has a higher 750mm seat. The Keeway V302C is lighter at 167kg and lower at 690mm, but its 29.09bhp output is lower than the Eliminator’s.

Six gears, an assist-and-slipper clutch and dual-channel ABS add useful equipment; ABS helps prevent either wheel from locking under hard braking. Its claimed mileage is 29kmpl, above the Benelli 502C’s 22kmpl but below the Keeway V302C’s 36kmpl. The 13-litre tank is smaller than both rivals’ tanks. The Eliminator is priced above both, so it offers a middle ground in performance and weight rather than the lowest entry cost. Traction control and cruise control are absent.
