2. What BikeJi is — and is not
BikeJi is an independent information portal for two-wheelers in India. We publish specifications, prices, comparisons and news to help you decide what to buy.
We are not a dealer, broker or agent. We do not sell vehicles, book test rides, take deposits, or arrange finance or insurance. Nothing here is financial, legal or purchase advice, and an EMI figure from our calculator is an illustration, not a loan offer.
3. Prices and on-road estimates
Prices on this site are indicative, and on-road prices are calculated estimates: we apply the road tax, cess, registration and insurance rules we hold for your state to the ex-showroom price we hold. Real invoices differ — rules change, insurance cover varies, and dealers add handling charges, accessories and discounts we cannot see from here.
Confirm the final on-road price with an authorised dealer before you pay anything. We are not liable for a difference between an estimate shown here and what a dealer quotes or charges.
4. Specifications and images
We work to keep specifications, features, colours and mileage figures accurate, but we do not warrant that they are complete or error-free — manufacturers change variants mid-cycle, and claimed mileage is a laboratory figure. Images are for illustration. The manufacturer's brochure and the dealer's quotation are the authoritative record.

5. How you may use the site
Browse, search, compare and share our pages for your own personal use, and quote a short extract with attribution and a link back. You may not scrape, crawl or bulk-extract our catalogue, prices or images, republish them as a dataset or competing listing, copy substantial parts of the site, or interfere with the service. We may withdraw access from anyone who does.
The site's design, code, writing and price calculations belong to BikeJi. Manufacturer names, logos and product images belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the vehicles we write about — not as any endorsement in either direction.
6. Warranties and liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent Indian law permits, BikeJi is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including a decision to buy, not buy, or pay a particular amount for a vehicle based on information published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to ₹1,000.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
