Royal Enfield Classic 350 Overview
The Classic 350 suits buyers after a mid-sized cruiser for everyday runs and weekend rides. Its 13-litre tank and claimed mileage of 34 kmpl are useful on longer outings. Its 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm are below the Jawa 350’s 22.26 bhp and 28.1 Nm, though its claimed mileage is higher than the Jawa’s 29.5 kmpl. At 195 kg and with an 805 mm seat, it is a substantial, relatively tall choice that may be less convenient for shorter riders or frequent low-speed manoeuvres.
Braking equipment varies by version: the rear brake can be a drum or disc, and ABS is single- or dual-channel. Dual-channel ABS can help prevent either wheel from locking under hard braking. Compared with the Honda CB350, the Classic is heavier and has lower claimed mileage. Its base variant is priced above the Jawa All Star 42 and Jawa 350’s listed starting prices, but below the Honda CB350 and Royal Enfield Meteor 350’s listed starting prices. The Meteor’s 765 mm seat is much lower.
