A choice of two battery sizes lets the Ather 450S balance a lower entry cost against more claimed range: the 2.9kWh version is rated for 115km, while the 3.5kWh claims 161km. Automatic operation, 22-litre under-seat storage and a pillion seat with footrests and a grab rail suit everyday errands and commuting. Both versions have a fixed, non-swappable battery, so charging needs planning; a full charge takes 7.45 hours with the smaller pack or 5.15 hours with the larger one. The seat height is 780mm, and kerb weight ranges from 108kg to 112kg.

The 3.5kWh version’s claimed 161km edges the Numeros Diplos’ 156km, but falls short of the Ola S1 Pro’s 176km; the Ola is also faster, at 117km/h versus 90km/h.
