Joy e-bike Gen Nxt Overview
The Gen Nxt is an electric scooter for short urban trips, with three variants to suit different speed needs. The Nanu is limited to 25 km/h, while the Eco and Nanu + reach 46 km/h and 55 km/h respectively. All have automatic transmission, and the portable battery, under-seat storage and front storage box add everyday convenience. A pillion backrest and grab rail are useful for carrying a passenger.
Range is claimed at 88–90 km, depending on variant, but the Nanu’s five-hour charging time needs planning; fast charging takes 2.5 hours with a fast charger that is not included. The base Nanu is priced above the Lectrix SX25, but its claimed range is higher. It matches the Joy e-bike Wolf’s base claimed range and top speed, though the Wolf is 3 kg lighter. The rear drum brake is a notable limitation.
